The Golfer

Usually Steve heads out to golf when it's still dark outside but on this day it was light enough to snap this picture just before his ride pulled up. I know it's a little blury but still thought it was worth posting. He loves to golf and I love that he has good friends that enjoy it just as much as him.

Snow Day March 21, 2012

We woke up to 4 inches of snow on Tuesday, March 21st and all the schools were closed for the day. We could hardly believe it!

Hannah, Kim and Chris came to play in the snow.

Papa decided that they needed to build a sledding hill for Hannah.

So the work began....

Hannah In Snow in January

On January 16th we had just enough snow to close school

so Hannah came to play at our house.

K & B Going Home

After a week here in Oregon, Kevin and Barunka head back to the Czech Republic. We will miss them terribly!

We look forward to their return in July!

Kevin & Barbora's Reception

On December 30th we held a wedding reception for Kevin and Barbora. We had lots of fun setting up and decorating the cultural hall at the church.

While Kevin and Barunka were here we drove to the coast. It was, of course, raining and windy but we still had a great time. We stopped at the Sea Lion Caves and even hiked up to the Haceta Head Lighthouse.
